No returns, all orders are final. If your artwork arrives damaged, email photos of the damaged packaging and artwork. All works are inspected and photographed before shipping. I take the time to package each piece myself with absolute care to ensure you receive your art in perfect condition. Note that unframed artwork will be rolled in a shipping roll. Behind the work
Rémanence is a collection of works where each piece is the result of a gesture that is both spontaneous and controlled. Through an imprint technique, Indian ink is applied to a surface, then transferred to the reversed paper, thus capturing the moment of an ephemeral contact.
This process creates organic, unpredictable, almost spectral forms, where the imprint becomes memory, a trace of a passage. Rémanence explores what remains after the gesture, what subsists beyond the moment of creation. Each work is an imprint of time, a suspended memory, while leaving room for the interpretation and intuition of the viewer.
